NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on February 16, 2021 to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated Queuing Definition and Bulk Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Sections 9-3-040, 9-5-090, 9-8-020, 9-16-050, 9-22-010, 9-25-070, 9-25-100, 9-27-140, 9-27-200, 9-27-210, and 17-5-020 for the purpose of amending regulations pertaining to parking spaces for queuing, site plan reviews, zone purposes of commercial zones, general development and design standards, exceptions to minor collector setbacks, gating of private streets, and general requirements for lots within subdivisions. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City's website.
