Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance for Participation in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP)
Oakley City is proposing adoption of a Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance to incorporate the new Flood Insurance Study (FIS) effective March 23, 2021, along with the accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) produced by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 17, 2021 the Oakley City Planning commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM via the zoom electronic meeting platform. See instructions for participating below.
