Description/Agenda: Public Hearing - Property Exchange In accordance with Utah Code 10-8-2(4) and MSMC 03.20.035, the City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., in the Marriott-Slaterville City Legislative Chambers located at 1570 West 400 North, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah. The City Council will take public comment in support and opposition to the mayor's intends to present to the City Council an action to dispose of a significant parcel of real property owned by the City described as Weber Parcel Number 150610012, as adjusted to be approximate six (6) acres, in exchange for various other parcels equal to approximately seven (7) acres to be transferred to the City. Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify the City Recorder at 801-627-1919 at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
