- NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Wellington City will hold a regular scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at the Wellington City Hall Multipurpose Room, located at 150 West Main Street in Wellington, Utah. Said meeting shall begin promptly at 5:30 P.M. and the agenda shall be as follows: Agenda Item 1. Roll Call Agenda Item 2. Approval of Minute(s) Agenda Item 3. ATC Sequoia LLC - Business License at 1B-0296-0006. Zoned M-1 Agenda Item 4. HMR Surplus - Business License at 1210 E Main. Zoned R-1-43 Agenda Item 6.
