NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The Provo City Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Meeting will be held digitally. This meeting will be conducted entirely via electronic means. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: YouTube https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/provochannel17. If you do not have access to the internet, you can join and listen to the meeting via telephone following the instructions below. To listen to the meeting by phone, dial 346-248-7799. Enter Meeting ID 829 3686 8252 and press #. When asked for a participant ID, press #. To join via computer, use the same meeting ID. TO MAKE A PUBLIC COMMENT: To participate in the public comment portion(s) of the meeting, call in as an audience member as instructed above as the presentation is wrapping up. Decisions of the Board of Adjustment may be appealed to the 4th District Court by filing a written appeal to the Court within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision of the Board of Adjustment per the requirements of Section 14.05.050 of the Provo City Code Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
