- Wednesday, February 3, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the High Chaparral at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds, 475 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Final Plat A. RIVER POINT PLAT D. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 11 single-family homes located at 800 South 1240 West. B. RIVER POINT PLAT E. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 10 single-family homes located at 800 South 1200 West. C. HURST SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 18 lots for single-family homes located at 3170 East 1530 South. 2. Site Plan A. CANYON CREEK PHASE 8C LOT 3 - BUILDING 8.3. The proposal involves a commercial development located at 1277 North Canyon Creek Parkway. 3. Project Signage Plan A. CANYON CREEK PROJECT SIGNAGE PLAN AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the current Canyon Creek Project Signage Plan for the commercial development located at US-6 and Canyon Creek Parkway. 4. Concept Review A. SUITED HOMES. 5. Adjourn
