- City of Woodland Hills Finance Committee Meeting February 10, 2021 The Finance Committee of the City of Woodland Hills will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at 8:00p.m. Meetings are open to the public via Zoom. A. Call to Order- Mike Taylor B. Review and Approval of the January 13th, 2021 Minutes (attached) C. Briefing on Latest City Budgeting - Chris Helvey a. Address lack of money in current budget to pay for overtime D. Review the 2021 departmental preliminary 7/2021-6/2022 fiscal numbers that have been submitted a. Discuss present employee pay rates b. Discuss possible benefit packages E. Discuss the budgeting process for each department; Fire, EMS, Water, Public Works, Office/Administration, etc. F. Discuss starting the process of obtaining as much grant money as possible for phase 2 & 3 water line replacement projects G. Continued discussion concerning the possible purchasing or leasing and installing of security cameras at strategic city locations H. Communication plan to city residents regarding the City's consideration of establishing a Special Service District I. Other Items of Possible Discussion J. Public Comment K.
