Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Presentation of bills for approval 7. Citizen input 8. At 6:15 conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible approval of a code amendment to amend 10-11-8-A of the code to allow fences, hedges, shrubs, and walls in the front yard setback requirement, not to exceed 42 inches in height 9. At approx. 6:30 Sheriff Lynn Nelson to discuss services provided to the City included in the annual contract 10.Brad White to discuss subdivision requirements 11. Appointment to the Planning Commission to replace Jaye Colling 12. Continued discussion of the possibility of plantng additional trees in the cemetery 13. Consider for adoption a resolution setting a cap on the amount the City will pay in the future for current city employees medical and dental premiums at the current rates now being paid by the City 14. Discuss continued infiltration into the sewer system due to the amount of moisture received since December 19th 15. Discuss potential hydroelectric projects 16. Department reports 17. City Manager/recorders report
