REQUEST: The applicant requests major subdivision approval to subdivide the current two buildings that are under construction into commercial condominium units.
LOCATION: The subject property is located at 31 S. 1800 W., Lindon Utah (Utah County Parcel #45:720:0001), in Lindon's Light Industrial (LI) zone.
TIME & PLACE
OF HEARING: The Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on this item on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. The meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT. Any person having interest in this matter may attend a public meeting
APPLICATION
MATERIALS: The application, all documents and evidence submitted to date by or on behalf of the applicant, and applicable code criteria are available for inspection at the Planning Department at no cost or can be purchased for individual use. Written testimony submitted in advance of a public meeting is encouraged. During public hearings, the Planning Commission chair reserves the right to limit the time allowed for oral testimony.
