'Ephraim City has scheduled a public meeting for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding a proposed Conditional Use Permit application for an accessory dwelling on property located at approximately 472 S 440 E. The meeting will be held with the Ephraim City Planning Commission on February 10, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Ephraim City Hall, 5 S. Main, Ephraim, Utah and via zoom video conference. 2. 'Ephraim City has scheduled a public meeting for the purpose of receiving public comment regarding a proposed Conditional Use Permit application for an accessory dwelling on property located at approximately 963 South 100 East. The meeting will be held with the Ephraim City Planning Commission on February 10, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Ephraim City Hall, 5 S. Main, Ephraim, Utah and via zoom video conference.
