AGENDA February 3, 2021 7:00 p.m. City Council Chambers, Taylorsville City Hall 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd. Taylorsville, Utah 84129 Notice is hereby given that the Redevelopment Agency of Taylorsville City will convene in a Redevelopment Agency Board Meeting on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable, in the Council Chambers, located at 2600 West Taylorsville Blvd., Taylorsville, Utah 84129. The agenda is as follows: (Board Members reserve the right to change the order of agenda items at their discretion) 'Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to 2020 Executive Order No. 1: COVID-19 Elected Official Governance During Local Emergency, the City of Taylorsville will hold its regularly scheduled Redevelopment Agency meeting exclusively via electronic means until further notice. Notice is also hereby given that no anchor location will be provided for the public to physically attend the electronic meeting. Any person(s) who wish to view electronically held Redevelopment Agency meeting may do so by accessing the Live Stream video at https://www.taylorsvilleut.gov/government/elected-officials during the regularly scheduled electronic Redevelopment Agency meeting time. Notice is further hereby given that person(s) wishing to make a public comment during an electronic meeting may submit a comment form to the RDA Board via email only at publiccomment@taylorsvilleut.gov at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of a regularly scheduled electronic RDA Board meeting time. Audio equipment will be used to ensure the comments and votes of each council member participating in an electronic meeting will be audible to those people digitally viewing the electronic meeting.' 1. Resolution No. RDA 21-02 - A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF TAYLORSVILLE CITY, UTAH, AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF TAX INCREMENT COLLECTION PERIOD OF AN ADDITIONAL TWO YEARS IN THE BENNION POINT EDA PROJECT AREA DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC EMERGENCY. - Wayne Harper, Economic and Community Development Director 4. Ashby, do hereby certify that I am the duly appointed, qualified and acting Secretary for the Redevelopment Agency Board of Taylorsville City, and do further certify that a true and correct copy of the RDA Board Meeting Agenda was posted at the Taylorsville City Offices at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
