- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday February 17, 2021 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider a request from Paul Freed to amend the general plan and change the zoning, from RAC-5 to ROS 1 Residential at property located at 1100 South 200 East (Tax Id. #10-043-0007).
