- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the public hearings in the following order; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval resolution 2021-04 adopting the Wellsville City Water Conservation Plan. 9. Mamie Hammer - Introduction of 2021 Youth Council 10. Swearing in of 2021 Youth Council 11. Discuss names for someone to serve on Planning Commission. 12. Discuss names for someone to serve as Planning Commission chair. 13. Discuss names of someone that can serve as an administrative hearing officer for compliance issues in Wellsville City. 14. Discuss updating or modifying the Cemetery rules & regulations. 15. Scott Wells - Discuss first quarter financial statement for December. 16. Department reports 17. City Manager/Recorders report.
