The Mayor and Council will meet in the Multi-Purpose Room for informal discussion and dinner. No action will be taken on any items. No decisions will be made at this meeting. The public is invited to observe the work session. Public comment generally is not taken during work sessions. CALL TO ORDER- 5:30 P.M. COUNCIL BUSINESS 1. DISCUSSION ON THIS EVENING'S REGULAR MEETING AGENDA ITEMS a) Invocation - Councilmember Packard b) Pledge of Allegiance - Councilmember Monney c) Consent Agenda 3. Approval of mintues for the January 05, 2021 work study meeting and regular meeting. 3. DISCUSSIONS/PRESENTATIONS a) RAP Tax Discussion - Corey Merideth, Recreation Director b) Ranked Choice Voting - Kim Crane, City Recorder c) Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade - Brad Stapley, Public Works Director 4. MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS 5. CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the meeting and convene in a closed session as provided by UCA 52-4-205. 6. ADJOURNMENT
