INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that North Logan City will accept bids for 300 East Waterline Improvements according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by Cache-Landmark Engineering, Inc. The work includes utility and road improvements from 2400 North to 2720 North. Qualified contract bidders may secure copies of the proposed Contract Documents from the North Logan City Offices (2076 N 1200 E, North Logan, UT 84341) or contacting jordan@northlogancity.org beginning Monday, February 1st, 2021 @ 2:00 pm. Sealed BIDS will be received by North Logan City at City Offices (2076 N 1200 E, North Logan, Utah) until Wednesday, February 17th, 2021 @ 2:00 pm BIDS will be publicly opened and read aloud at said office February 17th, 2021 @ 2:00 pm. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701u (section 3). NORTH LOGAN CITY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS IN WHOLE OR IN PART OR WAIVE ANY INFORMALITY OR TECHNICALITY IN A BID.
