TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION February 10, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. 212 N. Toquer Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DURING THE REGULAR PLANNNING COMMISSION MEETING FEBRUARY 10, 2021, CONVENING AT 6:00 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on a nightly rental application submitted by Tyler Whiting for a nightly rental located at 110 S. Toquer Blvd. Tax ID # T-151. Zoning is R-1-12. 2. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2021.XX 10-15C MPDO density bonus. An ordinance amending density bonus calculations definitions and basis for calculations. 3. Public input is sought on a preliminary plat application submitted by SRC Land Holdings, LLC for a 90 residential lot subdivision within four phases. Tax ID # T-3-1-11-341. Zoning is R-1-12. Per Utah Department of Health Order 2021-3, please wear masks and social distance. Copies of applications and ordinance drafts are available for review at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquer Boulevard) In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Ruth Evans at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in four places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.)
