- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84651026754?pwd=UUJJNHcvSFBWcTZ6V2g0Vm5KbVV0dz09 or by phone at 1-253-215-8782 Meeting ID: 846 5102 6754, Passcode: 955574 to discuss the following matters: Conditional Use Application - WSC Tools regarding a home business involving a commercial tool truck greater than 10,000 pounds gross vehicle weight at approximately 2584 S 1475 W Site Plan Approval - Ultimate Car Wash for approximately 0.97 acres at approximately 1544 W 300 S Text Amendment - Multi-Family Building Sign Requirements Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at PlanningDepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (by mail) at 1979 West 1900 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075, and must be received at least five (5) hours before the meeting. Comments received will be read for a maximum of three (3) minutes each and any unread remainder of any comments will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
