- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING December 16, 2008 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Council member Wilhelmsen CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held December 9, 2008. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Public Hearing on the Capital Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Enactment, and Sanitary Sewer Rate Increase with discussion and/or approval on Ordinance #404, an Ordinance of Harrisville City, Utah, amending Ordinance 304 relating to the impact enactment as provided herein; adopting the updated Capital Improvements Plan prepared by Jones and Associates consulting engineers; impose updated impact fee, and increasing sanitary service fees; and provide for effective date; severability – Bill Morris. 2. Discussion and/or approval on Resolution #08-12, as resolution of Harrisville City, Utah, limiting rental use for the Harrisville cabin to city residents, nonprofit organizations, and civic activities – Mayor Hendrix. 3. Discussion and/or approval to set Harrisville City 2009 meeting schedules – Mayor Hendrix. 4. Report from planning commission meeting. 5. Public comments. 6. Mayor/Council Follow-up Adjournment
