- Wednesday, January 27, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the High Chaparral at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds, 475 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Final Plat A. HAYMAKER PLAT A. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 47 single-family homes located at 2100 East 800 North. B. RIVER POINT PLAT E. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with 10 single-family homes located at 800 South 1200 West. 2. Zone Change A. COTTAGES ON 4TH AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the current Infill Overlay approval for the Cottages on 4th, a ten-unit multi-family development located at 356 North 400 East in the R-3 Zone. 3. Site Plan A. SPANISH FORK PARKWAY. The proposal involves the development of Spanish Fork Parkway from SR-51 to Meadow Creek Ridge. 4. Concept Review A. DOUBLE A PROPERTIES. 5. Title 15 Amendments A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. The proposal involves various amendments to the City's Ordinance regarding Title 15 Land Use. 6. Adjourn
