- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval resolution 2021-04 adopting the Wellsville City Water Conservation Plan.
