- Notice of Public Hearing The Lewiston City Council will hold a public hearing Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. in the Lewiston City Club Room Located at 29 South Main, Lewiston, Utah. The Purpose of the Public Hearing is to accept public input on Ordinance 11-01; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 12; Flood Damage Prevention and implementing the newly completed flood hazard determination by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and update the regulations for flood damage prevention for Lewiston City.
