Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 and Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. Zoning Map Amendment from R-1-6 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay located at 338 East 100 North for approximately 0.19 acres. Amending the current Infill Overlay approval for the Cottages on 4th located at 356 North 400 East for a ten-unit multi-family development. Proposed Text Amendments to Title 15, the City's Zoning Code. The Planning Commission meeting will be held at the High Chaparral at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds located at 475 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
