- The college's Board of Directors generally meets on the fourth Thursday of every other month (February through December) at 4:00 p.m. in the C. Brent Wallis Student Services Building in the Harold W Ritchey Board Room. Dates, times, location, and meeting format are subject to change. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and physical distancing guidelines in place at the current time, all meetings are being held virtually until further notice. Interested parties can stream the meetings via a link located on the Board of Trustees' web page (page (www.otech.edu/about-us/board-of-directors) under 'Board Meetings.' The schedule for the 2021 calendar year is as follows: MEETING SCHEDULE - February 25, 2021 - April 22, 2021 - June 24, 2021 - August 26, 2021 - October 28, 2021 - December 16, 2021* *Meeting moved up one week due to the holiday.
- Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)
- In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify Scott Teuscher, counselor, at 200 North Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, 84404, 801.627.8462, at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
- Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
- Due to the demanding schedules and caliber of board members, electronic or telephonic meeting participation and voting will be allowed in order to provide wider opportunities for board participation.
- Other Information
- Meetings will be conducted electronically. Meetings will be provided via teleconference/telephone for Board of Trustees members only by prior arrangement with board secretary due to COVID-19 protocol. Pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-207, part 4, the Ogden-Weber Technical College Board of Trustees has determined that conducting meetings with an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location. The determination is based on the status of the COVID-19 pandemic and the current risk phase as identified by the Weber-Morgan Health Department and guidelines found in the Utah Leads Together plan. Meetings will be held electronically without an anchor location. The public can view the open portion of the board of trustees meeting via a link located on the Board of Trustees' web page (www.otech.edu/about-us/board-of-directors) under 'Board Meetings.'
