Description/Agenda: The Town of Genola Planning Commission gives notice of a public hearing Thursday, February 4th, 2021 scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the public safety building located at 455 N. Main Street in Genola Utah. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a proposed zone change petition from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the R-1 Residential Zone for property owned by TKW Holdings LLC and located at approximately 735 W. 2400 N. Genola Utah parcel #29:016:0056 and 29:016:0057. Notice is further given that if the zone change is recommended by the Planning Commission, the Genola Town Council will hear this item at their February 10th, 2021 Council meeting to commence at 7:00p.m. Posted in the Genola Town Office, the Public Safety Building, the Utah Public Notice Website, and Genola.Org on or before January 20th, 2021.
