Description/Agenda: KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: The rezone of approximately 2.15 acres of property at 990 South Angel Street (shown on the included map) from the A-1 (Light Agriculture) to the R-1-LD (Single Family Low Density Residential) zoning district to include the PRUD (Planned Residential Unit Development) overlay zone to accommodate a private street. I hereby certify that I posted a copy of the foregoing Public Hearing notice on the municipality's official website by January 15, 2021.
