- NOTICE 2021 MEETING SCHEDULE FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF UTAH MUNICIPAL POWER AGENCY Pursuant to Section 52-4-202, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, Utah Municipal Power Agency (UMPA), a political subdivision of the State of Utah, hereby gives notice that the Board of Directors 2021 public meetings will be held at 696 West 100 South, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660, at the office of Utah Municipal Power Agency, at the following dates and times except as otherwise provided by the Board of Directors: DATE TIME January 27th 6:00 pm February 24th 6:00 pm March 26th 7:00 am(1) April 28th 6:00 pm May 26th 6:00 pm June 23rd 6:00 pm(2) August 25th 5:00 pm(3) September 22nd 6:00 pm October 27th 6:00 pm November 17th 6:00 pm (1) UMPA Member Conference, St. George, UT (2) Subject to change - APPA 2021 National Conference (3) UMPA Summer Meeting - Location TBD
