- Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, 19 January 2021, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N State St. The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Approve minutes of meeting held 15 December 2020 4. Petitions & Communications: a. Terry & Rhonda Smith, concerning subdivision of lot at 120 E Center St b. Mike Tripp, site plan review for lot at 120 E Center St Public Hearing to consider application by Terry & Rhonda Smith to subdivide property at 120 E Center St in order to create two conforming lots from a single lot. 5. Adjourn **If you have business or questions that need to be addressed by the Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee please contact Velva Lee Sherman at 436-9345. In order to be added to the agenda, please call at least one week prior to the meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Thank you.**
