PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the High Chaparral at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds, 475 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Final Plat
A. LEGACY ESTATES. The proposal involves creating 18 lots for single-family homes located at 970 North 1650 East.
B. LEGACY FARMS C-8B. The proposal involves creating 2 lots for single-family homes located at 970 North Haywain Drive.
3. General Plan Amendment and Zone Change
A. FIELDSTONE. The proposal involves amending the General Plan Land Use Designation from Estate Density Residential to Medium Density Residential and changing the current Zone from Rural Residential to R-1-6, located at approximately 1000 South 3400 East.
B. 2700 NORTH INTERCHANGE. Proposed changes to the Land Use Map of the General Plan for the 2700 North Interchange area and proposed changes to the Zoning Map, located at approximately 2700 North I-15.
4. Zone Change
A. COTTAGES ON 4TH AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the current Infill Overlay approval for the Cottages on 4th, a ten-unit multi-family development located at 356 North 400 East in the R-3 Zone.
B. 338 EAST DUPLEX. The proposal involves changing the current zoning from R-1-6 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay, to allow for a duplex to be built at 338 East 100 North.
