- PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments on an application filed by Grant Horgan requesting a lot split for the property located at the southwest corner of the intersection of 400 West 400 North.
