Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct the public hearings in the following order; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval Resolution 2021-01 adopting the 2020 Bear River Region, Utah Pre-disaster Mitigation Plan. b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval Resolution 2021-02 amending the existing Fire Protection Service Fees ($3 per month) and creating a combined Fire/EMS Service Fee to be collected through City utility bills. c. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval Resolution 2021-03 adopting the imposition of an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) fee ($4 per month). 9. Mamie Hammer - Introduction of 2021 Youth Council 10. Swearing in of 2021 Youth Council 11. Paul Freed - Discuss for approval a pressurized irrigation system for Creekside Meadows Subdivision. 12. Present Chad Lindley and Clair Cooper to the City Council for possible approval to serve as member of the Planning Commission. 13. Tom Bailey - Discuss for possible approval Mayor Pro-Tem 2021 for Wellsville City. 14. Scott Wells - Discuss first quarter financial statement for November. 15. Discuss & approve assignments for Council and Mayor for 2021 16. Department reports 17. City Manager/Recorders report.
