RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 28, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Ivory Development is requesting a Final Subdivision Approval for 'Camden Fields' a 10-lot single family subdivision located at 12110 South 1300 West. - Johnathon Griggs is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for expanding a quasi-public use in a residential zone at 11869 South 2700 W. - Derrick Stokes is requesting a Conditional Use-Home Occupation permit for a mobile mechanic business at 2150 West Gregory Avenue. Due to restrictions related to COVID-19, public attendance in this meeting may be limited in number. The staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
