AGENDA 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER. Vice Chairman Brandon Grossman called the meeting to order at 5:15 pm. 2. ROLL CALL. Present: Chairman Klansey Bateman (phone) Vice Chairman Brandon Grossman (phone) Board Member Mariah Murphy (zoom) Board Member Adam Palafox Board Member Vrayen Soriano Secretary Devan Clawson EXCUSED: Board Member Randy Croasmun City Council Liaison Manny Carrillo Audience: 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. Pledge of allegiance was lead by Board Member Adam Palafox 4. APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH, 2020. Motion made by Board Member Vrayen Soriano, seconded by Board Member Adam Palafox to approve the minutes reordered for the Wendover City Planning and zoning meeting held on Tuesday, September 15th, 2020. All in favor, motion passed. 5. APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDER FOR PUBLIC HEARING HELD ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH, 2020. Motion made by Board Member Mariah Murphy to approve the minutes recorded for public hearing held on Tuesday, September 15th, 2020. All in favor, motion passed. 6. APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY. OCTOBER 13TH, 2020. Motion made by Board Member Vrayen Soriano, seconded by Board Member Vrayen Soriano to approve the minutes recorded for the Wendover City Planning and zoning meeting held on Tuesday, October 13th, 2020. All in favor, motion passed. 7. APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDER FOR PUBLIC HEARING HELD ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 13TH, 2020. Motion made by Board Member Vrayen Soriano, seconded by Board Member Adam Palafox to approve the minutes recorded for public hearing held on Tuesday, October 13th, 2020. All in favor, motion passed. 8. ADDITION OF SINGLE DWELLING UNIT AT 870 PILOT AVE, PARCEL 01-263-0-0017, ZONE R2, DAVID WRIGHT After reviewing of the plans the board pointed out the shed sits on the boundary line according to the drawings presented. It was also mentioned that the inspector said the unit itself could be passed as a mother in law living quarters however the applicant will need to state he will not be renting the unit out. Motion made by Board Member Vrayen Soriano, seconded by Klansey Bateman to deny the addition of a single dwelling unit at 870 Pilot Ave parcel 01-263-0-0017, zone R2 David Wright due to the unit sitting on the property boundary. All in favor, Vice Chairman Brandon Grossman abstained. Motion passed. 9. COUNCIL LIAISON MANUEL CARRILLO UPDATES AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO. Not Present 10. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. City Recorder Devan Clawson informed the board that the Bonneville Trailers have been moved out of the lo 11. NEW BUSINESS. None 12. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE. None 13. NEXT SCHEDULED PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10th, 2020 AT 5:00 P.M. Tuesday December 8th, 2020. 14. WORK SHOP; DESCRIPTIONS AND OTHER POSSIBLE CHANGES TO WENDOVER CITY LAND USE REGULATIONS BOOK. None 15. ADJOURNMENT. Motion made by Vice Chairman Brandon Grossman, seconded by Board Member Mariah Murphy to adjourn the regular meeting. All in favor, motion passed.
