- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS JANUARY 26, 2021 AND FEBRUARY 18, 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 1.4 acres of property from C-H (Highway Regional Commercial) and R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) to C-TH (Condominium/Townhouse). The property is located at approximately 571 South Fort Lane. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue.
