SALT LAKE CITY PLANNING DIVISION APPEALS HEARING AGENDA Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. This meeting will be an electronic meeting pursuant to the Salt Lake City Emergency Proclamation This Meeting will not have an anchor location at the City and County Building. Appeals Hearing Officer, Planning staff, and Appellant will connect remotely. Comments from the Appellant, City Staff and the public will be taken. We recommend logging in 10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. In accordance with City Code, a public hearing will Not be held on the following matters. Comment is limited to the Appellant and the Appellant's Representative and City Staff. 1. Stanford Commons Planned Development at approximately 2052 E. Michigan Ave. - David P. Rose and Lisa S. Rose are appealing a decision by the Salt Lake City Planning Commission that approved petition PLNPCM2020-00230, a Planned Development consisting of four lots and three residential dwelling units. The subject property is located within the RMF-30, Low Density Multi-Family Residential zoning district and City Council District 6, represented by Dan Dugan. The Appeals Hearing Officer reserves the right to change the order of agenda items as deemed necessary.
