Description/Agenda: LAND USE APPEAL AUTHORITY CITY OF NORTH SALT LAKE NOTICE & AGENDA January 20 2020 5:00 p.m. Notice is given of a public meeting of the North Salt Lake Land Use Appeal Authority as established pursuant to Utah Code 10-9a-701. The North Salt Lake Hearing Officer will hold a hearing at the above noted date and time in the North Salt Lake City Council chambers located at 10 East Center Street. The agenda will be as follows: 1) Welcome 2) Case N20-02652. Regency Funding & Development LLC at 265 South Highway 89-Review of violation and abatemen,t request for reduction in penalty. 3) Case N20-02847. EC North Salt Lake Properties Inc. at 161 South Highway 89-Violation of NSL City Code 4-2-1, 4-2-2, 4-2-3, and IBC 116 4) Adjourn Please note that this meeting will observe social distancing protocols and face masks will be required in the building.
