- The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to hear comments concerning an application from Kenneth and Andrea Bullen of 690 E 400 S, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep three dogs. The hearing will be held in person and through Zoom. Written comment can be addressed to Commissioner Levi Roberts and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
