NORTH OGDEN CITY
PUBLIC HEARING TO
DECLARE PROPERTY SURPLUS
The North Ogden City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, during a meeting held electronically. For information regarding the meeting, go to www.northogdencity.com/meetings.
The hearing will be held to receive comments related to the declaration of surplus property at approximately 3970 N. Jackson Parkway. The proposed use would be for an access easement.
In compliance with the ADA individuals needing special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-782-7211 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
