- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing via Lifesize electronic meeting on January 26, 2021 at 6:30 PM. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning a rezone request for the Eagle Commons property of about 27.30 acres from Commercial to MF1, MF2, OS-N, and Commercial located north of SR-73 and east of N Spring Run Parkway at parcel number 58.033.0405. Those interested in providing public comment may do so through a voicemail message to 801.789.6611 or an email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the hearing. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the City website within 3 days of the meeting.
