NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Governor Gary Herbert's Utah Executive Order 2020-1, declaring a state of emergency in response to COVID-19, Utah Executive Order 2020-5, suspending the enforcement of provisions of the Utah code ยงยง 52-4-2020 and 52-4-207 related to the Open Meetings Act by allowing electronic meetings without an anchor location and authorizing resolution or ordinance, Mayor Dawn Ramsey's Executive Order, and the City Planning Commission Chairperson's determination that conducting the Planning Commission meeting at an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location, the South Jordan City Planning Commission will hold an electronic meeting on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 beginning at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of receiving public input on and reviewing each of the following:
1. Preliminary Subdivision Plat Project No. PLPP202000367, Daybreak Village 10 North Plat 4 Subdivision, 10250 S. 5540 W., South Jordan UT.
2. Preliminary Subdivision Plat Project No. PLPP202000350, Daybreak Upper Villages Watercourse Plat, 11420 S. 6680 W., South Jordan UT.
3. Conditional Use Permit Project No. PLCUP202100015, Ding Tea, 10382 S. Redwood Road, South Jordan UT.
4. Site Plan Project No. PLSPR202000323, Bingham Creek Regional Park Phase 1, 4800 West 10200 South, South Jordan UT.
5. Rezone Application Project No. PLZBA202000378, Hidden Village Two Rezone A-5 to MU-Historic, 10291 S. 1230 West, South Jordan UT.
