January 14, 2021 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S. 100 E., Pleasant Grove, Utah. The Work Session will be held from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard, and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only during the regular business session. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 2464 W 450 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Bruce Mackay for a site plan amendment of the Liahona Preparatory Academy by adding an addition that will include a performance hall and additional class room space on property located at approximately 2464 West 450 South in The Grove Zone - Mixed Housing Subdistrict. 2. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 550 W 220 S (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Andrew K. Strong for a Conditional Use Permit to allow general storage, Use #6376, on property located at 550 West 220 South, in the C-G (General Commercial) Zone. 3. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - Section 10-18: Off Street Parking Standards (Downtown Village Zone) Public Hearing to consider the request of John Andrew Armstrong to amend City Code Section 10-18: Off Street Parking Standards, by modifying parking requirements for retail and office uses only within the Downtown Village Zone and limited to the Downtown Commercial Subdistrict. 4. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at approx. 2932 N 1130 W (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Jeff Brimhall for Use #6299, for a reception center, on property located at approximately 2932 North 1130 West, in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. **Continued from December 3, 2020** 5.
