ONLINE OPEN HOUSE // Active Projects This meeting will be an electronic meeting pursuant to the Salt Lake City Emergency Proclamation For other Open House Meeting agendas and information sheets, visit the Planning Division's website at slc.gov/planning/public-meetings. ATTENDING THE ONLINE OPEN HOUSE: This Open House meeting will not have an anchor location. The Planning Division will be hosting an online version of the open house as an opportunity to review each project and provide comments and questions. To attend, click on the project link for each item below. Your input is valuable! PUBLIC COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS: We want to hear from you! To submit a comment or question please contact the staff planner via email or leave a voicemail, your questions will be answered within a week after the comment window has ended. During and following this comment period, the Planning Division will evaluate the proposal against the applicable zoning standards, taking into consideration public comments as they relate to the standards, and develop a recommendation for the Planning Commission. ACTIVE PROJECTS // Updated January 11, 2021. This is a list of active projects open for public comment, the list is updated bi-weekly. CONDITIONAL USE - BASEMENT ADU A request from Prescott Muir, seeking Conditional Use approval for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the basement of the existing single-family home at 1395 E Michigan Avenue. The property is located in the R-1/5,000 Single-Family Residential zoning district. The two-bedroom ADU will measure approximately 963 square feet in size and will be located in the basement of the existing home. The ADU will be accessed from the rear (north) of the property and will have one designated off-street parking space. There will be no exterior modifications to the existing home, but additional landscaping and a walkway is proposed along the west side of the property.
