KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, January 14, 2021 starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Kaysville City Municipal Building located at 23 East Center Street.
No participation using Zoom will be available. The audio from the meeting will be posted on kaysvillecity.com/AgendaCenter/Planning-Commission-4 by the end of the business day on Friday January 15, 2020.
The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the December 10, 2020 meeting.
2. Conditional Use Permit for an Electronic Message Center (sign) located at 324 North Main Street for Subway.
3. Final Plat approval for Phase 2 of the Westgate Estates Subdivision for Perry Homes Utah located at approximately 200 North and Bonneville Lane.
4. Final Plat approval for Phase 3 of the Westgate Estates Subdivision for Perry Homes Utah located at approximately 200 North and Bonneville Lane.
5. Call to the public.
6. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission:
a. Reports.
b. Correspondence.
c. Calendar.
7. Adjournment.
