The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct the public hearings in the following order; a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval Resolution 2021-01 adopting the 2020 Bear River Region Utah Pre-disaster Mitigation Plan. b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval Resolution 2021-02 amending the existing Fire Protection Service Fees ($3 per month) and creating a combined Fire/EMS Service Fee to be collected through City utility bills. c. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval Resolution 2021-03 adopting the assessment of an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) fee ($4 per month). 7.
