IN THE LEWISTON CITY CLUB ROOM LOCATED AT 29 SOUTH MAIN, LEWISTON, UTAH. A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING. THE PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING IS TO RECEIVE PUBLIC INPUT REGARDING ORDINANCE CHANGES, ADDITION, OR MODIFICATIONS TO ORDINANCE 10-02; AN ORDINANCE RE-DEFINING ANIMAL RIGHTS IN THE (RESIDENTIAL) R-1 ZONE OF THE CITY. 8:00 Welcome and Roll Call, Open Public Hearing 8:05 Minutes 8:10 Building Permit: Jeff Jackson will present plans for a single family dwelling to be located on the property located at approximately 1811 W 800 N (A-10). 8:20 John Dahle will discuss the possibility of additional apartments upstairs at 9 South Main. 8:30 Close Public Hearing, Affordable Housing Plan, Ordinance Amendment recommendation. 9:00 Adjourn
