NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 during a regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6 pm digitally via Zoom https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86214002791?pwd=ZVBZYjYxVnhPbHdLaHlEeGRSYWVPUT09 or by phone at 1-253-215-8782 Meeting ID: 862 1400 2791 to discuss the following matters: Site Plan Approval - Holt Apartments & Townhomes, approximately 16.56 acres located at 1283 W 1700 S Proposed General Plan Map Amendment from Commercial to Medium Density Residential of approximately 20.4 acres at approximately 1693 W 2700 S (prior RC Willey site). Proposed Plat Amendment of Fremont Park Subdivision located at approximately 1953 S 3000 W Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at PlanningDepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (by mail) at 1979 West 1900 South, Syracuse, Utah 84075, and must be received at least five (5) hours before the meeting. Comments received will be read for a maximum of three (3) minutes each and any unread remainder of any comments will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review in the Community Development Department and the City website. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
