- NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING Zoom Meeting Information Meeting ID: 826 8836 9589 Phone: (346) 248-7799 The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 26th, 2021 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following: - McKay Christensen is requesting approval of a Preliminary Plat for a 42-lot subdivision located at approximately 10786 N 5320 W to continue the Planned Development District rezone approved on August 4, 2020 - Berg Civil Engineering is requesting approval of a Final Plat for a 1-lot subdivision located at approximately 11235 N Highland Blvd to continue the Site Plan approved on January 14, 2020 - Joe Ham is requesting a Development Code amendment to include 'general office' as a permitted use in the CR Zone. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
