- BRIGHAM CITY, UTAH NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS FOR GRAZING LEASE ON CITY PROPERTY DUE DATE: JANUARY 20, 2021 Brigham City will receive sealed bid proposals at City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah until January 20, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. for a 5-year grazing lease on City property. The property contains approximately 43.45 acres located west of the City's Waste Treatment Facility at approximately 600 North and Watery Lane. The Request for Bids, and all related information, may be obtained on Brigham City's website at www.bcutah.org or by contacting Kelly Andrew at 435-734-6618 or by email at kandrew@bcutah.org.
