CITY OF WEST JORDAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The West Jordan Planning Commission has scheduled an electronic public hearing, in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-207(4), to be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at which time input will be received prior to discussion and possible recommendation to the City Council concerning the proposed items: Town Center at Copper Rim; 7800 South Copper Rim Drive; Amend the Future Land Use Map from Community Commercial and Medium Density Residential to Mixed Use (as Recommended by staff) and Rezone of approximately 35.66 acres from P-C (Planned Community) Zone to P-C (IOZ) (Planned Community - Interchange Overly Zone) Zone (as requested by the applicant) including Master Development Plan and Master Development Agreement; CW Land Co. (applicant) Text Amendment - Alcohol Uses; Amend the 2009 City Code Section 13-5E-3 Commercial Zones, Permitted and Conditional Uses and Section 13-2-3 Definitions; City-wide applicability; City of West Jordan (applicant) The proceedings may be viewed with the following: - YouTube - City of West Jordan - https://bit.ly/WestJordan - Zoom Webinar - log in information at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/agendas You are invited to remotely attend the Public Hearing and take part in the discussions and voice any support or concerns you may have with the above-mentioned projects.
