PROVIDENCE CITY 2021 MEETING SCHEDULE Pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-202, Providence City hereby gives notice of its annual meeting schedule for each public body which holds regular meetings that are scheduled in advance over the course of a year. Unless otherwise published, meetings will be held on the following dates, at the Providence City Office, 164 North Gateway Dr, Providence UT, and will begin at 6:00 PM. City Council 1st* & 3rd Wednesday *City Council will meet on the 1st Wednesday only as needed. Planning Commission 2nd & 4th* Wednesday *Planning Commission will meet on the 4th Wednesday only as needed (intended for special public hearings or work meetings). Historic Preservation Commission 3rd Tuesday Administrative Land Use Authority 2nd & 4th Wednesday The Administrative Land Use Authority will generally meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at the Providence City Offices, at 2:30 p.m. The executive staff is not considered a public body; it is a staff meeting. They will generally meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays. The Providence City Appeal Authority meets as needed. Providence City Justice Court generally holds open court each Monday (except legal holidays) electronically or at the Providence City Office Building, 164 North Gateway Dr, Providence UT from 4:00PM - 6:00PM. Council members and Planning Commission members are encouraged to attend the following conferences: - Utah League of Cities & Towns Mid-Year Conference - St George, generally in April - Utah League of Cities & Towns Annual Conference - Salt Lake City, generally in September
