NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOUTH OGDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive and consider comments on proposed changes to the fence ordinance. The change would require anyone installing a fence to obtain a land use permit. It also defines what an open fence is and where it is required. The public hearing will be held at 6:15 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the South Ogden City Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, January 14, 2021. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the city council chambers and is open to the public; however, the city will abide by all COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of the meeting, including wearing of masks, social distancing, and number of people allowed to gather at one time.
